What is the Reverse Expo?
Unlike a traditional expo, the ACE Reverse Expo features senior healthcare and GPO executives staffing booths as they host healthcare facility and capital equipment suppliers, architectural firm representatives, equipment planners, engineers, construction company executives and related consultants and executives from the facility and capital equipment sectors, providing a unique opportunity to effectively and efficiently use their time and resources.  The ACE Summit Reverse Expo provides substantial cost-cutting opportunities for attending suppliers, engineers, architects and construction company executives by saving time and travel expenses otherwise associated with building partnerships through travel to individual healthcare systems, hospitals and GPOs.

The Evening Business Exchange is the opening networking event in an expo-type format.  Architects, equipment planners, general contractors, and engineers host you in their booths during this 2.5-hour evening reception. The Evening Business Exchange offers a unique opportunity to make a variety of valuable business contacts in a convenient and efficient manner.

How do I book hotel rooms?
MTC Reservations, Inc. is the official travel agency for the ACE Summit. For your convenience, hotel reservations may be made via email at bookit@mtcreservations.com, or toll-free at 866.549.3985.  Exclusive ACE Summit rates are available only through MTC.  Early booking is suggested to ensure you receive preferred arrival/departure dates as hotel accommodations fill up quickly.  In order to receive the ACE Summit discounted room rate, you must make your reservations for the Westin through MTC Reservations.
