Over the past few years more IDNs have been successfully utilizing predictive analytics to reduce healthcare delivery costs and improve: 1) the health of the populations they serve, 2) the patient experience and 3) worker satisfaction. Using predictive analytics, you should improve your KPIs, go deeper into your organizations data information and increase your filtering capabilities to better spot trends and set benchmarks for performance. This session will provide a framework to better utilize predictive analysis tools to strengthen your organizations ability to spot trends to improve public health and preventive medicine, provide more accurate diagnosis for the patient leading to increased patient satisfaction and using this data to cut down on healthcare costs.

Learning Objectives:
1. Judge why more IDNs are using predictive analytics tools to reduce supply chain cost and improve performance of their IDN.
2. Identify areas within your IDN that predictive analytics can assist you in strengthening your organization.
3. Analyze trends using predictive analytics to improve the public health of your community to cut down on healthcare costs and increase life expectancies.
