Daily you are confronted with a delicate balancing act. Maintaining stringent value controls for the IDN while servicing the product and handing the service needs of each clinicians. In this session, three supply chain leaders will discuss new initiatives they are implementing to meet the challenges of supplying complex and growing healthcare organizations. These leaders will represent a cross-section of physician employed and physician contracted systems.

1) Identify the challenges of collaborating between supply chain and the clinical leaders of an IDN. 

2) Differentiate the needs of all parties. 

3) Formulate strategies to meet the challenges of improving the patient experience while maintaining cost discipline by better collaboration practices within the IDN.
