Healthcare supply chain is inherently different from other supply chain models.  Leaders must be able to navigate a complex culture with many levels of stakeholders in an industry that provides care for human beings, not machines.  The challenges are numerous but the opportunity for personal satisfaction is great.  The presenter will share insights on what today’s supply chain leader needs to know to lead and motivate their team in today’s changing healthcare environment, to develop new supply chain talent, and to make your organization into a learning organization.
